We only use fresh, quality hop ingredients. Hops are sourced regionally depending on the style beer they will be used in. Additionally, experimental hop varieties are more prevalent than ever, clearing the path for new flavors and aromas in our craft beer.
LOCAL INGREDIENTS
Our goal is to use as many locally sourced ingredients as possible by partnering with local farmers and suppliers in order to get the freshest ingredients. Adjunct flavors like fresh honey, fruit, and herbs add complexity to our beer and truly anchors our brand to the region.
